How many times have we been completely frustrated or upset by our own body image? Babies love every inch of their bodies. They have no shame or guilt and they don't continuously reprimand and criticise themselves, yet they change and evolve.
We are all unique. We should stop trying to morph our bodies into foreign shapes and hankering after unrealistic physiques. I’m here when you need me to help you re-identify with your own body through exercise, to make your body the best that you can be.
Having Anna as a personal trainer has been great. It's good to be able to see how you have improved over time by looking back at your stats. That really motivates me to keep going and proves that it is working even when I can't always see it myself.

Without Anna's motivation and inspiration I would probably never have set foot into the gym after a long, tiring day at work. Always with a smile she will push you a little further when you thought it was not physically possible.
